Schitour Large Happ, 3.350m
The starting point of this ski tour is the Essene Rostock Hut. From the hut north into Maurertal, following the summer path to Türmljoch. However, instead of the way to the turnoff to follow to the east, we are heading northeast on a striking, steep gully to, However, this can be right and work our way north this channel via a ramp up (Recommended crampons very!, Berger-Ramp [named after the legendary mountain guide Alois Berger]).
We always keep the northeastern direction at, and as soon as the Geläde a little leaning back, we see even the top of Happ. We are now on the spur of rock (2.983m) to, which runs directly from the top down. Now in many switchbacks it comes on the back of the spur up to the peak (3.350m).
For departure there are several ways: Either along the ascent to the Essene Rostock Hut, by the Geiger-notch into Dorfertal (not without a guide!) or (as in the objective GPS track) to Türmljoch and by the very steep ditch wire comb for Johannishütte.
Time spent entire tour from cabin to cabin: Depending on your condition 4 to 6 Hours.
