Included in the price

Your own kitchen, not a breakfast room

Every apartment has its own kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a full set of crockery. Nobody tells you when breakfast is — and nobody clears it away at nine.
Drying room in the garage

With a boot dryer and space for skis. What comes in wet is dry and ready the next morning.
Snowshoes to borrow

From the house’s own stock. If you only notice the snow once you are here, you do not have to buy anything.
A common room in the house

A 14 m² room for all guests: spread out maps, plan tomorrow’s route, or just sit when it is pouring outside.
Wi-Fi, free

Solid enough for anyone who has to work for an hour between two walks.
Dogs welcome

Please say so when you book, so we give you the right apartment.
All four apartments non-smoking

No exceptions indoors. Smoking is fine outside or on the balcony.

Billed separately

Further people €20 to €25 per night for each person from the third, depending on the apartment. Children aged 3 and over count in full, younger ones are free.
Final cleaning €60 to €85 depending on the apartment — once per stay, however long you stay.
Local tourist tax €2.60 per person and night from the age of 15. Required by law, always shown separately — we keep none of it.
Dog €15 per dog per day, whatever its size.
Short stay For 1 to 3 nights, 30 % is added to the nightly price. A changeover costs the same whether two or seven nights follow.

Four apartments are not a hotel, and that is the reason most people come.

Nobody is waiting at reception: Because there is none. You get the key, the apartment and the family’s telephone number — they live in the same house. No paperwork after a long drive.
You eat down in the valley: The inns in Prägraten are within walking distance or a few minutes by car. If you would rather cook, the grocery shop is in the village centre.
The recovery is outside the door: Instead of a spa: a large sun terrace, a common room for all guests, a drying room for wet boots — and a valley with no cable car in it.
The apartment is yours: It is cleaned before you arrive and again after you leave. In between nobody knocks, and nobody walks through while you are out.
